Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

   

  Shipping Address Information

  Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
  We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We may not be able to modify the address once the order has been processed.

  Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will help where we can.
