All purchases made through Riki's are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or services once the order has been placed. We may offer a replacement or store credit only in the following situations: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photos/video).If we ship the wrong item, we will correct the mistake at no cost to you. All digital goods—including downloads, licenses, and online services—are non-refundable due to the nature of digital content delivery. Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled.
